About Aurum

Aurum Europe, founded in 2011, aims to provide smart energy management solutions that reduce waste and increase energy awareness.

 

What will you do?

As a Sales Support Assistant, you will support the CEO in sales and play a key role in professionalising our sales funnel. Your tasks include:

  • Supporting the CEO in sales activities
  • Optimising and managing the sales funnel
  • Using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Maintaining customer contact and following up leads
  • Preparing sales presentations and quotations
  • Administrative support and reporting

 

Who are we looking for?

  • A proactive professional who:
  • Speaks fluent Dutch and English (German is an advantage)
  • Has experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Has strong communication skills and works independently
  • Is available 32 to 40 hours per week
