About Aurum
Aurum Europe, founded in 2011, aims to provide smart energy management solutions that reduce waste and increase energy awareness.
What will you do?
As a Sales Support Assistant, you will support the CEO in sales and play a key role in professionalising our sales funnel. Your tasks include:
- Supporting the CEO in sales activities
- Optimising and managing the sales funnel
- Using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Maintaining customer contact and following up leads
- Preparing sales presentations and quotations
- Administrative support and reporting
Who are we looking for?
- A proactive professional who:
- Speaks fluent Dutch and English (German is an advantage)
- Has experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Has strong communication skills and works independently
- Is available 32 to 40 hours per week
