Present data to your end user. Our Energy App EnergyFlip helps consumers by feeding back energy data through a user-friendly mobile app. The app offers end users an accessible way to access energy data from the EnergyGrip Dashboard. With independent information, users can make the right choices to prevent energy waste. The interface, developed in collaboration with the Consumers’ Association, increases customer satisfaction and promotes energy savings.

The EnergyFlip app offers a wide range of features that help consumers monitor and optimize their energy consumption.

The app is powered by consumption data from the meter cabinet, where the B2C gateway can be installed by users themselves. A P1 cable connects the smart meter to the gateway. For users with an analog meter, Aurum offers sensors as a solution. The app automatically detects whether users generate electricity with solar panels and shows the real-time feedback. Optionally, the gross production of the panels can be displayed in combination with a kWh meter.
White label Energy Management System
Our EnergyGrip dashboard and app can also be provided as a white label, which is a great solution for energy suppliers and cooperatives. This allows organizations to have their own interface without high costs for proprietary software development. The organization benefits from a proven, secure infrastructure while maintaining consistent brand experience for end customers.
- Packaging: The EnergyFlip box has an extra sleeve. This is designed in the style of the organization. The inner box includes the (mandatory) details and instructions.
- App: We incorporate your logos and icons into the app. The name EnergyFlip is no longer visible.
- Support Mails: ‘Forgot password’ and other support emails are sent from our back-end but with the organization’s branding.
- App Distribution: The app is released in the app stores under your company name.
Also possible via P4 data (without hardware)
Aurum Europe is a certified Independent Service Provider (ODA) at EDSN Netherlands. Residents can give permission with a single click to digitally read the smart meter data via the P4 connection with the network operator. The (white label) app can be powered by real-time gateway data via the P1 port or by cloud data via the P4 port. The advantage is that no hardware needs to be installed, making the costs lower. A disadvantage is that P4 data is available with a 24-hour delay. In the app, residents cannot see real-time consumption but can see historical consumption, standby consumption, annual bill prediction, and the other functions of the real-time app.
